As a beach lover, I am always on the lookout for the best beaches to visit. Recently, I had the pleasure of researching Siracusa beaches for an upcoming trip to Italy, and they did not disappoint. Siracusa, located on the eastern coast of Sicily, boasts some of the most beautiful beaches in Italy.
The Top Siracusa Beaches include the likes of Fontane Bianche, Arenella, and Calamosche. Fontane Bianche, named after the freshwater springs that flow into the sea, features crystal-clear turquoise waters and a long stretch of white sand.
Arenella, on the other hand, is known for its shallow waters and is ideal for families with young children. Calamosche, nestled in the Vendicari Nature Reserve, is a secluded beach that requires a short hike to access but is well worth the effort.

Parking on Ortigia Island:

There are a few smaller public parking lots on the island, but they tend to fill up quickly.
Street Parking:
There is some free street parking available in the areas surrounding Ortigia before crossing the bridge.
