For those who can’t resist the siren call of the sea. Fresh seafood and even fresher air—what more could you want? This is where the best restaurants are located and is one of the two main spots on Sorrento’s seafront.
It has the charm of a traditional fishing village and is a great place to stay if you want to be close to the sea.
The Hills
If you don’t mind a little legwork, the hills offer seclusion and views that’ll make your Instagram followers green with envy.
Piano di Sorrento:
This area is more a sister town to Sorrento and is the best neighborhood for families. It’s quieter than Sorrento itself, though Sorrento is easily accessible by train.
How Many Days Should I Stay in Sorrento, Italy?
Whether you’re in for a quickie or planning a long-term relationship with Sorrento, timing is everything. A short stay will let you hit the highlights, but a week-long sojourn lets you truly savor La Dolce Vita.
